THE PRIP

We have prips in two sizes - a short one and a double length one that are thicker and narrower than the straps. Both can be placed under your mid back, upper back and low back both horizontally and vertically. In addition, they are being used in the office, in the car and on airplane trips in addition to the yoga studio. They are small fitting easily in a bag and totally unobtrusive and provides surprising benefits. Its a prip.

THE BLACK CATT (Critical Alignment Therapy Tool for inversions)

This headstand bench is a multilevel tool useful in various capacities at different levels.

First of all, it is useful for people who are uncomfortable with headstand for one reason or another. It relieves any pressure on the neck and enables beginners to begin working on headstand without having to bear the whole weight of their body.

Secondly, for those people who want to work on their back, the headstand bench allows them to mobilize the upper mid area of the back and the lower back easily on their own.

Thirdly, for those who want to assist others in mobilization of the spine, the headstand bench is an invaluable tool for assisting people to mobilize and retain that mobilization by working it into their own co-ordination pattern.

These headstand benches are sturdier and more stable than our previous bench. Further they are designed to stack so that they do not encroach on valuable studio space and can be moved in multiples.

A collapsible bench is also available that can be carried in a suitcase and set up anywhere. A sample is available now and we hope to have them available before Xmas.

VERSATOOL BACKBEND BENCH

The new versatool, in addition to the function of the backbender in critical alignment, can be used to stretch the quadriceps and open the front of the pelvis. The opening can be controlled as to depth and precise location by inserting the legs under the stool on either side in various depths. This can be modified further by the position of the arms. Therapeutically, this is helpful for those who suffer from SI joint problems. The tool is lighter than the previous backbender and has been called the VERSATOOL because of its extraordinary versatility.

RUBBER STRAPS

These straps are very useful for sustained and gentle opening of the back in various places. They are useful in multiple positions. They are an intimate tool of Critical Alignment Therapy and quickly become indispensable for subtle openings and general well being. They are one of the most effective props available.
